KCACTF Region VIII is expanding upon the outstanding work of the California Educational Theatre Association's annual auditions and interviews.

We welcome theatre students to take the next step in their educational or professional goals with this opportunity to be seen and heard by major universities and theatre companies. What's new and different this year is that there is no "preliminary" audition and interview, nor are there callbacks. There is one audition and/or interview to be seen by all interested companies. These auditions and interviews will be held on Thursday and Friday of the Festival in San Bernardino.

PERFORMERS
All actors are invited to present a three-minute audition of monologues and songs. Groups will be divided depending on whether you are singing or not singing. There will be a dance-call for musical theatre performers on the Friday afternoon.

DESIGNERS / TECHNICIANS
Five minute Portfolio presentations and interviews will be set up in your area of expertise.

Following the auditions and interviews, you may be asked to meet with individual companies.
