It seems as thought the Festival is controlled by a small group of people . . . 

• The Festival involves a huge number of people from all regions and all kinds of programs. In the last five years we have taken specific steps through legislation and advisement to make sure that the Festival embraces all kinds of participants and welcomes all who would care to help. 

• While it is not possible to bring all shows to the festivals, all students to the finals of the various awards, or send all faculty out to respond or elect them to regional office, we hope that the way decisions are made are clear, free from conflicts of interest, and available to you through the appropriate administrative officer or regional executive board.
