KCACTF Region VII offers Festival participants a wonderful opportunity to take the next step in their educational or professional goals with this chance to be seen and heard by major universities and theatre companies. Registration will take place at the Festival.  You will be scheduled a time to audition for summer work and/or training programs, year-long internships and seasonal employment.

The acting and singing auditions will take place all day Thursday, February 18. To help facilitate the audition process, you will be given 90 seconds to perform your monologue and part of a song if you care to.

A CD player will be provided, and an accompanist will also be will be available. You will need to bring forty photo copies of a headshot and resume. We will not be using glossy headshot for the audition. You can bring a glossy photo to a callback if you wish. Callbacks will be held Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Callback lists will be posted up on a bulletin board assigned for the purpose.

Following the auditions and interviews, you may be asked to meet with individual companies.

Design/Technical interviews will be on Friday, February 19 from 9am-2pm. Technical production, stage management and theatre management/publicity/front of house candidates have 5 minutes in which to make a presentation. A table and power will be provided.
